CAR HIRE INFORMATION
Who can hire a vehicle?
Generally, drivers must be between the ages of 21 and 75, holding a valid, clean driver's license for a minimum of two years. Documentation requirements may apply.
What documents are required?
A valid driver's license, a national ID or passport, and proof of residence are required. Foreign visitors may need an international driving permit.
What is the minimum hire period?
Our standard minimum hire period is 24 hours. Shorter durations may be available for specific corporate arrangements or events.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a security deposit is required for all vehicle hires. The amount varies based on the vehicle category and duration of the hire.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payment solutions. Please confirm specific payment details during your enquiry.
Can I extend my rental period?
Extensions are possible subject to vehicle availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return time to arrange an extension.
Can I travel outside Bulawayo/Zimbabwe with the vehicle?
Travel outside Bulawayo is permitted with prior authorization. Cross-border travel requires specific documentation and additional insurance arrangements.
Can someone else drive the hired vehicle?
Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement are permitted to drive. Additional drivers can be added upon providing their documentation.
What happens if the vehicle is damaged?
In the event of damage, please notify us immediately. Applicable insurance excess and terms will be followed as per your rental agreement.
Is insurance included?
Standard insurance cover is included in our rates. Comprehensive cover and optional waivers are available for enhanced protection and peace of mind.
